Terms and Conditions – 75pak Game Platform Rules

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 75pak game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 75pak game platform — including the sports betting section, casino games, slots, game lobby and any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 75pak game after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

Opening more than one account — whether in your own name, using a different email address or via a shared device — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any funds within them being forfeited.

3. Deposits & Payments

• Currency: All deposits must be made in PKR. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies across all payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals are denominated in PKR.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, 75pak game may require identity verification to be completed. If you have an active bonus balance with an outstanding wagering requirement, the relevant amount may be held until the requirement is met or the bonus is cancelled. Cancelling a bonus before its wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them being removed from your balance.

• Withdrawal method: Funds are returned to the same payment method used for your last deposit.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• Verification required: Identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• Bonus wagering: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met or the bonus cancelled before withdrawal of bonus-linked funds.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is shown in the cashier at the time of the request.

5. Sports Betting Rules

75pak game offers sports betting across cricket, football, esports and a wide range of international competitions. Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests — receive full coverage with pre-match and live in-play betting options.

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and a confirmation reference is issued, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are settled based on official results as confirmed by our sports data provider. In the event of a dispute over a result, 75pak game's determination based on the official result is final.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation reference number is displayed. Bets pending confirmation due to connectivity issues are not guaranteed to be accepted.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you add a selection to your bet slip and the time you submit. You will be shown the updated odds before confirming.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement period or if a material error in the odds is identified. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake.
• In-play betting: In-play markets are suspended and re-priced continuously. Bets placed during a suspension period will be rejected. 75pak game is not liable for delays in live data feeds.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per event and per sport. These limits are displayed in the betting interface.
• PSL and cricket markets: PSL fixtures are settled once official results are confirmed by the PCB or the relevant cricket board. Rain-affected matches are settled according to the DLS method result where applicable.

6. Casino & Slots

Each game round is independent and the outcome of any previous round has no bearing on future rounds. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available in the game information panel within each title.

The general bonus rules set out here apply to all offers unless a specific promotion's page states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Eligible markets: Not all bets contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds below a stated minimum and casino games marked as excluded contribute 0% towards wagering.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. You cannot claim a second deposit bonus while a wagering requirement from a previous bonus is still outstanding.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 75pak game. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used for gambling.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
